Monsoon season is code for hot and roasting pakoras. Not that we Indians require an excuse to coddle in these crisp, deep-fried treats, but it’s pleasant how things work out. It’s almost as if God couldn’t produce enough pakoras for all of us, so he created a whole season exclusively dedicated to these delightful fritters. I mean, that’s the only reasonable explanation, right?

 

Let’s not go into the specifics and hop straight to the point. We all adore garma-garam pakoras on a chilly rainy day. Well, we’re here to turn that experience even better. Now relish not one… but
